1. Who we are
Tvrbo is a private running app operated from Berlin, Germany. By using the website at tvrbo.io or the tvrbo web and mobile apps (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
You need an account to log runs, weight or diary entries. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Your content
Runs, weight entries, notes and photos you add to tvrbo remain yours. We store them on your behalf so you can access them across devices. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train AI models.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use tvrbo to break the law, harass others, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the Service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
5. Pricing and refunds
Tracking and the diary are free. The Plan unlock is a one-time purchase. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless you explicitly waived it by starting to use the Plan feature.
6. Health disclaimer
Tvrbo is a planning and journaling tool, not a medical device. Training plans and weight tracking are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training programme.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features. If we shut down the Service, we will give you a reasonable window to export your data.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, tvrbo is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. The courts of Berlin have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
